Bespoke Call Handling
Our tailor made, real time, call logging system can be adapted to suit individual needs. When a call is logged, our priority is always to get your equipment functioning as quickly as possible with the minimum downtime.
The process will commence with analysis from one of our qualified technicians. From this point, our central logistics can arrange for any parts that may be required to be shipped to your local engineer from our extensive spares holding.
